Pool Rules & FAQ’s

Pool Rules

We want everyone to have a safe, fun and stress-free swim. Please take a moment to read the following rules before your visit.

Before You Arrive

Please note there is only one vehicle permitted per booking

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your session and wait for the gate to open.

After parking, please wait inside your car until the door to the pool is open and you are invited in.

Dogs must not be off lead outside the premises at any time.

Dogs must be fit, healthy and well enough to swim.

Dogs showing signs of illness, vomiting, diarrhoea, parasites or contagious conditions must not attend.

Puppies must be at least 4 months old and fully vaccinated.

Pregnant dogs and bitches in season are not permitted to swim.

It is the owner's responsibility to ensure their dog is suitable for swimming and exercise.

During Your Visit

Dogs remain the responsibility of their owner at all times.

Please do not force your dog into the water if they are nervous or unwilling.

No pushing or throwing dogs into the pool.

Running around the pool area is not permitted.

Children under 16 must be supervised at all times.

Humans must be able to comfortably stand in 4ft of water and enter the water at their own risk.

Some toys will be provided but please feel free to bring your own.

Please use the designated entry and exit points.

Dogs must not be off lead outside the premises at any time.

Keeping the Pool Clean

Please toilet your dog before attending your session.

Let us know immediately if your dog urinates, defecates, vomits or injures themselves in the pool.

Very muddy dogs should be rinsed before visiting and we reserve the right to refuse entry where a dog arrives excessively muddy or dirty and participation may compromise water quality.

Safety

Life jackets are available and recommended for nervous, elderly or inexperienced swimmers.

We may stop a session if we believe it is no longer safe for a dog or person to continue.

We reserve the right to refuse entry where safety, welfare or water quality may be affected.

CCTV is in operation throughout the premises for safety and security.

After Your Swim

Please leave promptly at the end of your session so we can prepare for the next guests.

Take all belongings with you and leave the area tidy.

You can use our bathroom to dry and change during the allocated drying time if required.
