24-48 hours before your booking: Free reschedule, No refund.

Less than 24 hours before your booking: In exceptional circumstances, we may choose to make an exception at our discretion but this is not guaranteed.

Dog Health & Welfare

Owners are responsible for ensuring their dog is fit and suitable to participate. Dogs must not attend if they are:

Unwell or showing signs of illness.

Experiencing vomiting or diarrhoea.

Pregnant or in season.

Suffering from a contagious condition or parasite.

We reserve the right to refuse entry if we believe participation may compromise safety, welfare or water quality.

No refund will be given where entry is refused due to inaccurate information being provided during booking.

Aggressive Behaviour

Owners must inform us during the booking process (please use additional comments box) if their dog has a history of aggression towards people. Whilst we will absolutely work with you to make your dog feel comfortable and safe whilst visiting The Doggy Paddle Pool, we reserve the right to cancel or cut short any session where our safety is at risk due to aggressive behaviour from dogs or humans visiting us

Owner Responsibility

Dogs remain the responsibility of their owner or handler at all times. Owners are responsible for any injury, damage or loss caused by their dog while on the premises.

Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Anyone entering the pool does so at their own risk and should not participate if they have any medical condition that could make water-based activities unsafe.

Water Quality & Pool Closures

Unfortunately, sessions may need to be cancelled, postponed or ended early due to water quality issues, equipment failure, contamination, maintenance requirements or safety concerns.

Where this happens, customers will be offered a full refund or an alternative booking date.

CCTV

CCTV operates throughout the premises for safety, security and incident investigation purposes.

Personal Property

Personal belongings are brought onto the premises at the owner's risk.

The Doggy Paddle Pool accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property.
