Everything You Need to Know Before Your Swim…

BEFORE BOOKING – please ensure you have read all rules, terms and conditions, waivers and policies prior to booking your session. You will be asked to tick the box to confirm you have read them before your booking can be reserved. Please do not feed your dog for at least 2 hours before their swim.​​​

Please make sure your dog has been to the toilet prior to your visit and arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled booking time. Please wait to the left of the entrance gate to allow the previous guest to leave. Once you’ve driven through the gate, please follow the road round to the right, around the building and all the way to the end – we are the first unit. Please note you are only permitted to bring one car per booking.

Please park considerably to allow other cars to leave freely, and remain in your vehicle until you are invited inside (this allows nervous and reactive dogs the space they need to come and go without worry). Please keep your dog on a lead until you are inside the building.

Once inside, we’ll spend a couple of minutes getting settled and fitting life jackets if needed.

Once ready, we’ll open the gate so you and your dog/s are free to make a splash! Access is provided by steps up to the waters surface, with a gradual ramp that leads gently into the water. Enjoy up to 35 minutes of swimming fun!

The last 10 minutes of your session should be used for you to dry off your dogs – and yourself if you choose to join them! – and gather your belongings. Please note we have a bathroom on site if you need to change your clothing.

After a quick treat or two, you should leave promptly to allow the next guests to enter. Please keep your dog on a lead whilst leaving the building until you are back in your car.
